POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Minor League Baseball Technology Operator will be a member of the Baseball Technology team and is responsible for preparing player development technologies at Hadlock Field. They will also collaborate closely with team members for maintenance and troubleshooting of stadium technologies when issues arise.
The position offers flexible scheduling and requires the ability to work independently. The operator is expected to work the hours necessary to complete assigned responsibilities, up to 40 hours per week. Work will be assigned only during road-trip periods, typically every other week, totaling 12 weeks during the baseball season. No work is required when the team is at home.
