Position Summary

Strategic B2B Marketing:
Collaborate with the Head of B2B Marketing to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive revenue growth in enterprise verticals (e.g. government, education, healthcare, financial services, hospitality etc.)
Lead the innovation of the Samsung B2B brand messaging and execute campaigns to drive awareness.
Plan and execute key product launches with comprehensive and omni-channel communication plans.
Develop and deliver vertical marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
Enable lead conversion through the creation of sales tools and materials.
Co-ordinate B2B events and exhibitions to deliver product engagement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team, ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives.
Cultivate trust and respect with internal and external stakeholders by maintaining a reliable and approachable presence.
Lead cross-functional teams on key initiatives with strong project management to meet strategic goals.
Execution Excellence:
Demonstrate exceptional operational skills, ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard.
Develop and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns, striving for continuous improvement.
Take initiative to proactively drive results.
Reporting, Optimisation and Budget Planning:
Establish metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Plan and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and optimise resource allocation.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years’ proven experience in B2B brand marketing - marketing into key enterprise verticals (such as government, education, healthcare, financial services, hospitality etc.)
Expertise in stakeholder and relationship management, delivering results within a cross-functional matrix organization
Proven ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies, including full through-the-line campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to autonomously lead and implement marketing plans
Proven track record of achieving targets in brand awareness, market share, sales, and lead generation through campaigns and initiatives
Experience managing marketing budgets effectively to optimize ROI
Flexible and adaptable to change, maintaining a positive approach in dynamic situations
