As part of the Analytics team, the Strategy and Analytics Manager will coordinate a strong alignment and accountability across the organization by extracting and reporting critical performance KPIs and extrapolating these data points into clear conclusions and measurable actions. This role will make an immediate impact on the execution of our short and long-term initiatives. 

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing project management to key business initiatives, acting as a consultant and sounding board for Director+ level stakeholders.

  • Identify and provide the metrics that are critical to the organization and the business to materialize the required change to hit company goals.

  • Partner closely with the Director of Automation & Integration to inform business units’ strategy and decision-making with data. Utilize given resources to search, compile, maintain, and track data.

  • Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, business operations, or investment banking.

  • Proven ability and experience in building, implementing, and scaling processes, projects, and programs from the ground up.

  • Providing exceptional project management to key business initiatives, acting as a consultant and sounding board for Director+ level stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience sourcing, cleaning, synthesizing, and drawing insight out of messy and disparate data sources, ideally with experience working with one or more of the following tools: Alteryx, Python/Jupyter notebooks, SQL Server, Tableau/Power BI, R Studio

  • 10% Travel may be required.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree.

 

Physical Requirements:

Standard office environment.

  • Sit, stand, walk.

  • Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.

  • See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.

Less than 50% of the time:

  • Stoop, kneel or crawl.

  • Climb and balance.

  • Carry and lift 10-20lbs.
