We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in the development and lifecycle support of systemic therapy management solutions within our digital oncology portfolio.  As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product definition and design in collaboration with your fellow product managers, development team, and cross-functional stakeholders.  The individual who fills this role will be responsible for managing the product backlog, writing product requirements and user stories, prioritization and implementation of marketing and customer requests. Ideally, you will have experience in the Electronic Health Records and/or Oncology software space. Product Management and leadership experience with medical devices is strongly recommended.  .

Key responsibilities: 

  • Establish, maintain, and communicate prioritized product backlog(s) for efficient development and value delivery. 
  • Engage in the complete software product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and maintenance. 
  • Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, and other critical stakeholders to develop and release products. 
  • Coordinate dependencies with other product owners for seamless collaboration. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operation teams for successful product go-to-market strategies and customer delivery processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors and attend trade shows as required. 
  • This role will require the successful candidate to reside in Nova Scotia with 20% travel requirement

  

Skills & Qualification Required: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 8+ years of software product management experience, cloud-based products and SaaS business models preferred 
  • Proficient in agile development concepts 
  • Clinical knowledge of the Oncology and broader Health IT ecosystem
  • Strong communication and value articulation skills
