Job Description

Warehouse Operator is responsible for uninterrupted workflow by resolving day-to-day inbound challenges, working under direct supervision. The role maintains inventory inbound & outbound, transports goods using material handling equipment, and accompanying deliveries of equipment to Customer for proof of delivery. He is responsible for handover and other documentation exchange between Philips/End Users/Distributors.

Your Role:
• Executing warehouse processes related to inbound goods receipt with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (quality inspection, environmental control on products)
• Executing warehouse processes related to outbound shipping with focus on highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations in scope of the operations (quality inspection, environmental control on products, specific requirements from customers)
• Assisting in the coordination and smooth execution of order fulfillment activities, prioritizing orders and interacting with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction:

• Supporting DEFOA related cases for timely response and reporting according to standards.

•  Assisting project management team to ensure timely delivery of all documentation related to project execution.

• Accompanying deliveries of the equipment to Customers & end users for smooth physical handover and proof of delivery.

• Following established procedures and guidelines while adapting to changing priorities and operational requirements, contributing to a flexible and responsive approach to warehouse support duties.

You are the right fit if:

• You have bachelor’s degree in relevant majors (preferably)

• You have minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a warehouse operator / logistics with usage of a WMS in Medical business or highly regulated business

• You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and strong time management skills
