The Boeing CompanyBoeing is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Albuquerque, NM developing new advanced concepts for the DoD. This position will be starting on the ground floor of a new program with requirements definition, setting up requirements management tools and processes, working with the multi-skilled team to complete an SRR/SFR. The position will support the entire life cycle of the program through design, procurement, integration, test, and validation. The ideal candidate will have experience in validation and verification, reliability, availability, maintainability, testability, and integration & test. Were also seeking experience with DOORS and CAMEO tools.

Position Responsibilities:
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced systems and system solutions.
Evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
Analyzes for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years experience with requirements development, verification, validation, ICDs, risk, issues and opportunities management and/or trade studies
5+ years of experience with validation & verification, reliability, availability, maintainability, testability, OR integration & test
Experience with DOORS, CAMEO or other system engineering tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
Active Top Secret security clearance
3+ years of experience with CONOPS development

Summary pay range (level 3): $97,750 - $132,250
Summary pay range (level 4): $119,850 - $162,150
