We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Success Assistant Manager to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, helping customers maximize the value of our products/services while supporting the Customer Success Manager in strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies.
Brief Management & Campaign Planning: Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop marketing plans.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with key insights.
Present campaign results and ROI metrics, tying performance to client business goals.
Client Retention & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to upsell services or expand scope.
Handle client escalations and proactively resolve issues.
Onboarding & Training:
Manage onboarding process for new clients.
Educate clients on services, tools, and processes used by the team.
