Position Purpose

Provide high level, strategic support, at the National Account level, to our internal sales teams and National Account customers. Duties may include, but are not limited to, supporting sales staff with day-to-day customer interactions, directly supporting customers with their day-today needs, preparing reports, compiling data using spreadsheets and tables, and other high level clerical responsibilities.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Maintain communications via Phaseware for our external and internal partners.

• Complex National Account operational management.

• Margin Point Maintenance:

o Assist customers with Margin Point related requests including but not exclusive to, missing items from orders, miss-ships, wrong items received, wrong quantities, damaged items, cycle counting/correcting inventory.

o Additional support/tasks functions. Creating new user logins in MP, turning on and off routes for each stocking location, removing users when no longer employed by our customers. Maintaining discontinued items, replacing them with alternates within the MP system.

o Releasing quotes to orders, each customer has a designated day each week. This includes requisition maintenance in Margin Point and back-order cleanup.

o Assist NAM/Customer with large rollouts of new markets and mass uploads of new Technicians at one time.

o Assist NAM/Customer with van resets, by customer, by market. o Training and daily assistance with use for our customers, this includes the Margin Point app and desktop version.

• Processing Special Order bids/requests.

• Order Placement – Via our Wufoo order form, coordinate appliance installs with AIT.

o Correspond with tenants and our install team for scheduling appliance installs and appliance deliveries.

o Managing order entry, ensuring follow-ups, and consistently tracking orders.

o Maintaining open lines of communication with customers and NAM to provide real-time updates on order status.

• Resolve billing issues, tax issues, credit issues.

• Coordinate returns/credits with our support team.

• Inventory Management – Submit ICF when applicable to ensure we have ample stock in each customer’s market.

• Provide Web support – Web setup, training on order placement via the web, setting up Favorites Lists, pulling reporting such as Usage Reports, and other functions of the web that improve the customer experience.

• Facilitate market calls – These are conducted with our customer groups and NAM monthly.

o Pulling reporting and organizing data for discussion on monthly calls. o Example of reporting, purchase history, this is reviewed to show in-store purchases versus Margin Point sales. This data assists us in adding items to Margin Point that are being purchased in-store.

• NAM Partnership – Advise the NAM of pricing issues, back ordered items. Partner with NAM to maintain accuracy of items and pricing in their Margin Point catalog and price file.

• Participate in customer meetings using phone, virtual, or in person meetings to provide input and guidance on strategic customer initiatives. • Maintain and grow customer relationships. • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to achieve sales goals and profit margin.

Job Summary

Provide high level administrative and technical support by assisting the Sales Support Supervisor. Duties may include preparing reports, compiling statistics and other data using spreadsheets and tables, and other general clerical responsibilities.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Take incoming calls and provide information to callers or transfer call to appropriate individuals.
  • Ensure computer entries are maintained and up-to-date.
  • Review and track sales staff inquiries, complaints, improvement ideas, etc.
  • Interface with sales staff on support needs.
  • Compiles statistical data on sales status.

  • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
  • Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
  • No travel required.

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

$18.46-$22.31 Hourly
