This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to management, oversight and execution operational risk framework by brining the most relevant reporting, research and analytical capabilities globally to enhance State Street’s risk monitoring practice and help senior decision making.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Develop and enable data foundation to support the growth and depth of analytics.
• Manage day-to-day data wrangling operations, including tech stack, talent and jobs for operational risk globally, for business units and legal entities.
• Comfortable with project management lifecycle, planning and execution;
• Provide insights based on data and collaborate with product implementation teams;
• Support development and roll out of operational risk strategy.
• Mentor and lead teams.

💡 What You Bring

• Risk and control mindset and the drive to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving complex problems.
• Hand on implementation experience with AI enablement platforms (databricks, snowflake, Azure, etc).
• Experience with data modelling, managing, governance requirements;
• Enhance knowledge with data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, and experience in managing complex datasets.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work with global teams to drive improvements and enhance our tools.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting new technologies to improve risk management processes.
