About the Team
The Partner SC Enablement Lead will play a critical role in improving the impact of our Innovation and Built on Workday partners. This position is responsible for improving partner demonstration capabilities and optimizing the way Workday Solution Consultants (SCs) leverage partner assets throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will develop and complete a comprehensive enablement strategy to empower partners to deliver compelling demonstrations of their solutions across the entire Workday platform.About the Role
About You
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software demonstrations, enablement methodologies, and the SaaS industry.
3+ years developing and delivering effective training and coaching programs.
3+ years of experience with demonstrating Workday Financials or Workday Technology
Other Qualifications:
Familiarity with Workday and Workday’s Go-To-Market and Product Demonstration strategies
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Strong understanding of Workday core technology
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with partners at all levels.
Project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working with partners or external vendors is a plus.
Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
