Job Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Client Engagement and Business Operations, the Intern, Property Management & Leasing, will gain exposure to operational and marketing activities of a leading real estate investment trust on a full-time basis. The Intern will provide support for various property management and leasing activities within the Lillibridge team. While we do not require any prior real estate or healthcare experience, we do require candidates who are smart, humble, anxious to learn, work hard, and be an integral part of a company whose track record speaks for itself. 

This is a 10-week internship position with the Lillibridge Property Management and Leasing team during the summer of 2025. This team is responsible for oversight of our 360 property Medical Office Building (“MOB”) Portfolio, in addition to our exciting Research & Innovation (“R&I”) Portfolio. 

Responsibilities

  • Working to build brand identity across various markets
  • Assist in projects related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusive (DEI) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives
  • Assist in drafting processes/procedures, and manage changes with end-users and other subject matter experts (SME)
  • Preparing materials for monthly “Senior Team” and “All Employee” calls
  • Uploading documentation on internal PML Ventas Connect website
  • Completing ad hoc projects, reports or other requests as needed
  • Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadline
  • Other marketing projects and operational duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited college or university, pursuing a relevant course of study, and expected to graduate in 2026
  • Some real estate, project management or marketing experience preferred; willingness to learn is essential
  • Microsoft Office, including SharePoint proficiency, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint, is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment delivering results and quality services
  • Confident self-starter and quick learner who requires minimal supervision, is comfortable with ambiguity and very adaptable
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2025
