The Product Operations team is responsible for the consistent and accurate data labeling of creative assets.


Who we are looking for:
Managing our Global Product Operations team, you will be responsible for the team’s successful execution of all data labeling tasks. You will also be required to uncover strategies to coach, motivate and develop your team, act as a cross functional partner (to Client Account Teams, Product and Engineering) and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and internal communication.

 

What you will work on:
The team you will be managing are responsible for the scoping, implementation and delivery of data labels (our core product) for our Fortune 500 clients. Team enablement involves the resourcing of bi-weekly sprints, ad-hoc special projects and capacity management of our labeling workflows. In addition, you will own the change and performance management of third party vendor relationships and act as a key escalation point for Account Team concerns. You will be expected to present regular capacity/demand reports to our Exec team and to advocate for the prioritisation of Operations’ feature requests within the Product Roadmap.

 

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • 3+ years experience managing a team
  • 5+ years experience in Operations or Project Management
    • Experience with capacity/demand workflows
    • Start up experience is a plus
  • Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results
  • Data-driven and passionate about the power of data and insights
    • Great analytical skills. You should have experience with Excel/Sheets, experience on reporting with SQL is a bonus
    • Solid understanding of how to manage operations and processes quantitatively
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple objectives
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, and comfortable presenting to the C-suite
  • Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
  • Resourceful, hard working, and solutions-oriented mindset -- you work to solve problems proactively exceeding stakeholder expectations
  • Embraces ambiguity and applies experiences to come to tactical and strategic resolutions
