This is a temporary 6 month position. This role will require onsite support Monday to Friday in Grand Rapids, MI.

Job Summary

Provides administrative support for a Director level position through the appropriate use of software and/or tools and maintains accountability for multi-faceted Human Resources work and projects. Supports the scheduling and logistics for several meetings and classes related to a key CHW project.

Essential Functions

  • Utilizes the appropriate software application to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of workload.
  • Coordinates and deploys various HR projects in partnership with Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Functions as a key resource for compliance and regulatory audits as needed in the regional entities.
  • Independently maintains accountability for completion of assigned projects.
  • Develops, prepares and generates ongoing and ad-hoc special reports.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates or equivalent in HR or Business

Preferred

  • 2 years of relevant experience HR, Business, Administration, Project Management or related experience
