The Warranty Admin is tasked with overseeing the processing of all warranty claims and managing the daily operations of the service administration team. This role includes supervising staff, setting schedules, and establishing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate warranty and service support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the processing and accuracy of all warranty claims 

  • Supervise and support the Assistant Warranty Administrator, Service Support Administrator, and Service Center Assistants 

  • Hire, train, and manage performance of service administration staff 

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and schedules for the department 

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company warranty guidelines 

  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to address warranty-related issues 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred 

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive service or warranty administration 

  • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience 

  • Strong knowledge of warranty processes and service operations 

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills 

  • Proficiency in warranty management systems and Microsoft Office
