Key accountabilities

With the next company strategic plan to be announced in Q4 2024, it is a pivotal moment to join Euronext and the Secondary Markets Marketing team. The Marketing Intern’s role will be essential to bolster the implementation and promotion of new key strategic business initiatives while ensuring the growth of existing activity.

It will have the main objectives listed below:

  • Work in collaboration with the team’s marketing managers across Europe & UK, and with key internal stakeholders including the business, sales, communications (press, brand, web…) and events team, to ensure alignment with business objectives while ensuring company-wide consistency.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies & plans within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Manage marketing budget expenses.
  • Produce marketing materials (brochures, videos, adverts, etc.) and draft content for Euronext’s website and sponsored media articles.
  • Handle sponsorships of industry conferences and organise Euronext proprietary events, ensuring optimal visibility through branding, speaking opportunities and staff presence.
  • Manage social media promotion in conjunction with the social media team.
  • Create email marketing campaigns within the CRM tool.

Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners including creative design agency, suppliers, event organisers and media partners.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

Key for this role is energy, strong communication, solid organisational skills and resourcefulness.

  • In final years of Marketing studies, with an understanding of how to use marketing to raise brand awareness, drive growth in sales and enhance client relationships
  • Native in French, strong level of English, Italian or Dutch an advantage
  • Curious and fast-learner
  • Project management and organisational capabilities; meticulous, attentive to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks autonomously
  • Editing, writing and verbal communication skills
