JOB SUMMARY:
To streamline our global supply chain and improve manufacturing processes and technology, SBD has decided to form a Planning Process & Technology task force to manage New Business Integration and Global Supply Chain Optimization initiatives.  Most of these initiatives involve rerouting our Supply Planning SAP and JDA system connections.  Discovering and solving what needs to be changed, as well as implementing these changes, will be in scope.  

The Systems Resilience Supply Analyst will support integration and improvement projects in all phases including Discovery, Gap Analysis, Supply Planning, Training, Change Management, and Implementation.  This includes Master Data, order-to-bill process for Procurement and Sales Order Management, Logistics, and Distribution.  Knowledge base will include critical understanding of ERP and JDA Supply Planning.  Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive change and inspire confidence among senior leadership, IT partners, Business Process Owners, and Key Stakeholders.  

The P&T Optimization Market Supply Analyst must:
•    Be a Supply subject matter expert
•    Strong understanding of Demand & Supply integration points
•    Provide focused support for end-to-end processes and technology
•    Connect teams to reduce duplicate efforts
•    Document, track, and close change management topics

RESPONSIBILITES:
•    Participate in large-scale integration and improvement projects relative to Market Supply Planning
•    Support all phases including Discovery, Gap Analysis, Training, Change Management, and Implementation
•    Use project management skills to track and report key project milestones 
•    Effectively work as a liaison between multiple business teams and IT to achieve project goals
•    Develop templates, process flows, and training documentation
•    Provide analytical support to the business and cross-functional project team
•    Gather requirements, validate, and perform master data loads for new sources of supply
•    Support Supply Chain related Master Data Integrity and related processes
•    Drive adherence to standard processes and policies
•    Ensure compliance with internal procedures as required by Sarbanes Oxley 

SKILLS:
•    Advanced understanding of ERP, reporting, and planning systems 
•    Demonstrates expertise in a variety of Supply Planning concepts, practices, and procedures
•    Understand the end-to-end Supply Chain including Demand Planning
•    Experience in SAP and JDA systems integration projects
•    Ability to work independently, and effectively in a team
•    Successfully manages time
•    Project management experience
•    Builds and maintains strong professional partnerships
•    Excellent critical thinking, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
•    High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills 
•    Understanding of Manufacturing and Sourcing is a plus
•    Fluency in English is required

SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE:
•    Proven experience with SAP required
•    JDA Supply Planning experience required
•    Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) experience required
•    Knowledge of SAP IBP is a plus

EDUCATION:
•    Minimum of 3 years of Supply Planning experience required 
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
