Job Title: Fleet Rotation Specialist

Location: Madrid, AV Manoteras 32

Purpose of the Role

Own and drive analytical support for the Fleet Rotation department, ensuring optimal fleet availability, utilization and rotation efficiency. The role plays a key part in planning, forecasting and risk management, providing reliable data and clear insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the analysis and monitoring of fleet rotation, utilization and availability, proactively identifying risks and deviations versus plan.
  • Own planning and forecasting activities related to fleet, ensuring alignment between financial and operational assumptions.
  • Monitor purchases, sales and delivery timing, anticipating issues that may affect availability, utilization or results.
  • Act as a key counterpart for Purchasing, Fleet Administration, Infleeting and Logistics departments, aligning priorities and challenging assumptions when needed.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and traceability across planning tools and operational systems (DFP, country inputs, RM data).
  • Develop, maintain and enhance BI dashboards and reporting (Tableau, QlikView, Excel), improving transparency and decision-making.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support rotation strategies and volume decisions.
  • Proactively escalate and communicate risks with a clear understanding of business and financial consequences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, models and governance within Fleet Rotation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience in analytical, planning or performance roles, ideally in fleet, operations or complex environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong experience with Tableau and/or QlikView.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex topics.
  • High attention to detail and strong focus on data reliability and coherence.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with senior stakeholders. Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
