We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience with the full product life cycle, from product discovery and hypothesis validation to design, development, and measurement of features that are being used by our customers.

This is a hybrid role out of our New York City office.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Work closely with product management, engineering other stakeholders to define the product strategy, roadmap, and design vision
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and product features
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
  • Work with product management to develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track the success of features and products
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
  • Mentor junior UX designers and contribute to the growth of the design team

Minimum Technical Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design and design thinking principles
  • Passionate about problem solving through design
  • Strong design skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing using 3rd party tools.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices and design systems
  • Excellent understanding of design systems and their applications 
  • Expertise in visual design and iconography
  • Proficient in Jira
  • Stay current on industry trends, design standards and technological advancements
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field

What We Offer: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
