Your New Role... 

The Manager of Marketing Analytics (Subscriber Growth & Media) will be responsible for enabling marketing effectiveness reporting and insights to all marketing teams supporting the newly launched platform. Reporting is global and utilized by domestic and international stakeholders alike. This individual will be an experienced analytics professional who is truly passionate about marketing and data and can be an active team player driving top results. 

Your Role Accountabilities… 

  • Coordinating closely with cross functional data teams (i.e., analytics engineering, marketing technology, data science) as well as marketing teams to determine reporting/measurement frameworks which ultimately enable our dashboard development and deeper insights.

  • Creating actionable reporting from user-level behavior data and multiple data sources, including information from data science, product, and media measurement platforms.

  • Be responsible for collecting reporting/analysis requirements, working with the engineering team to ensure proper data flows, and partnering with media teams to provide clear strategic recommendations to drive incremental results for the platform.

  • Executing analytics projects end-to-end, from definition through findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience... 

  • Solid experience in marketing analytics, with a particular focus on media metrics (paid & organic), in an agency environment or entertainment company
  • Past success establishing measurement frameworks for campaigns across various paid media channels (paid social, search, display), as well as owned channels 
  • Experience with data visualization and building a reporting measurement framework; familiarity with Looker a plus 
  • People management experience
  • Advanced user of digital and advertising technologies, such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ad Manager, Social Ad Managers, MMPs(Apps Flyer) and Site Analytics tools (GA4) 
  • Strong technical skills are required, including experience with Excel & SQL (LookML a plus) 
  • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and subscription business model to execute a best-in-class growth media strategy 
  • Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data and draw conclusions,

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
