About the Role

As a Marketing Team member, shape AIA’s product and proposition activation initiatives through deployment of effective communication strategy to drive business growth and competitive market positioning.
Ensure product & propositions initiatives are in line with regulatory requirements, AIA’s governance policies and brand standards.

Product & Proposition Marketing Activities Support and Implementation

• Support Line Manager and understand the product roadmap and proposition strategies including market insights, product positioning and customer personas of each product to formulate competitive and sustainable product communication strategy through compelling product messaging and visualization.
• Support Line Manager in developing customer-centric proposition activation initiatives including product brochures, proposition materials, social content, photo-bank production and revamp projects.
• Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor actions, and product and marketing offer to support decision-making for Line manager and Leadership team.
• Work closely with internal functions (product development team, marketing, strategy team, Agency & PD team etc.) to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of product launches/initiatives.
• Offer ad hoc support on various projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring they are implemented to high standards.

Support the administration

• Assist Line Manager in administration tasks.
