We’re looking for a Software Sustaining Engineer to join our R&D team in Brno. You’ll be working on embedded software for fire detection systems—products installed in buildings across the globe.
How you will do it:
Collaborate with global teams, customers, and technical support
Develop, test and improve embedded software for our devices
Work with modern tools and continuously grow your skills
Drive issue resolution, documentation and continuous improvement
What we look for:
Degree in Computer Science, Software, or Electrical Engineering
0–5 years of experience in embedded software development
Strong debugging, communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in C/C++
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Make, Python)
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Background in embedded systems
