As a Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of small projects or phases of large projects, coordinate the activities of a project team, and accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. This position supports Cleveland Clinic locations in Ohio, Florida, and Nevada.

A caregiver in this position works remotely, 8:00am—5:00pm and must reside within Ohio, Florida, or Nevada 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. 

  • Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager level III or IV. 

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Prepare and completes action plans 

  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. 

  • Complete audits and identify market trends 

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes. 

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. 

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. 

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. 

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.  

  • Three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects  

  • A high School diploma/GED and seven years of experience may substitute for education requirement. 

  • An associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the education requirement. 

  • A master’s degree and two years of experience may substitute the experience requirement. 

  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

 
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Project Management Certification (PMP).

Work Experience:

  • Three years of experience coordinating or manager various projects.

  • Offset: High School diploma/GED and seven years of experience.

  • Offset: Associate’s degree and five years of experience.

  • Offset: Master’s degree and two years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
