Title:

DG BOSS: Custodian (FN)

• Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Supervisor or Manager.
• General cleaning of the building/barracks and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Cleans stocks and supplies designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bathroom/latrine, etc.).
• Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
•  Moves materials and equipment to work locations and performs a wide range of clean-up and housekeepingactivities.
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Works with operations to ensure service orders for living quarters are completed in a timely manner.
• Works with customer service desk providing friendly, professional service to the customer.
• Performs other duties and activities as directed.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.
• Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment.
• Must have excellent customer service and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels.
• Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.

EDUCATION:

• Must have at least high school diploma, technical or vocational course graduate is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must have at least 1-year work experience in general cleaning as Janitor or Cleaner.
