We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst in the Extended Market Support Team (Health Business)

Extended Market Support (EMS) team is dedicated to driving business-to-business growth by offering strategic and operational assistance that expands market presence. This role is to support Onshore and Offshore COE team in data analysis and reporting (KPIs, SLAs, operational dashboards, Clients’ portfolio, management and team reporting).

Role Summary:

The Senior Analyst - Proposal Specialists plays a critical role in the pursuit of major sales opportunities in H&W domain by creating unique, compelling value propositions for prospective clients. Working with seniors, you would manage the RFP response process from beginning to end – formulating the pitch strategy, developing persuasive content, producing sophisticated documentation and supporting sales presentations. As a junior-level individual contributor, this role would be ready to apply the knowledge acquired via an advanced education and to start developing professional skills with the help of a manager and more experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with H&W client requirements.

- Assist seniors in data analysis creation to support business improvement and business strategy projects.

- Updates analytical reports of low complexity to allow fact-based, predictive and 'what-if' decision-making.

- Formats data according to predetermined presentation styles to meet customer needs.

- Implements low complexity methodologies within the department, receiving instructions from colleagues within internal teams to maintain and improve the reporting infrastructure, including data housing, data modeling, report performance, and report design and delivery tools.

- Adheres to departmental standards to comply with industry regulatory requirements such as compliance standards, health and environmental policy, and department- and operating company-specific procedures and guidelines.

- Completes process analyses accurately (in line with Key Performance Indicators and other deadlines) with guidance from more senior colleagues so that the needs of internal and external customers are consistently met and exceeded.

- Asks for help as needed and demonstrates willingness to learn new skills to achieve resolution of outstanding issues.

What you need to have?

  • Graduate with minimum 2+ years’ experience overall
  • Having H&W domain knowledge would be an advantage
  • Project management, enterprise reporting, preferably in professional services industry
  • Demonstrated success: performing analysis in excel, communicating to leadership, drafting PPT slides
  • Attention to details
  • Having good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Programming skills (VBA, Python, HTML etc.) would be an added advantage
  • Be able to structure business information and translate it into clear conclusions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment with little supervision
  • Ability to manage timelines for critical deliverables and keep open communication channels on progress with little supervision
  • Ability to partner and work with colleagues locally and globally to meet the deliverables
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team
