Director of ESG Strategy & Programs
ADI’s ESG and Sustainability organization is looking for a Director, ESG Strategy and Programs to support its award-winning program. This new role will lead several key areas across ESG, managing critical, cross-functional projects for the company. Working closely with functional representatives from across the organization, including legal, Finance, EHS, Operations, Internal Audit and HR, this role will spearhead the company’s disclosure strategy and planning, including our annual ESG Report, global regulatory disclosures, and shareholder/customer engagement planning. A combination of strategy and management, the Director of ESG Strategy & Programs will serve as expert, coach, and will represent ADI’s ESG team and position both internally and externally. Reporting to Analog Devices’ Head of ESG, the Director will be expected to stay apprised of the swiftly changing environment and identify opportunities to adapt quickly.
Required Skills: Demonstrated expertise in sustainability/ESG beyond GHG accounting; executive presence; able to customize messages for different stakeholder audiences; strong writing and English language mastery; ability to lead complex projects in a matrixed organization; displays strong judgment and leads with integrity; ability to influence and drive execution while reinforcing collaboration and team building.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience directly supporting ESG or sustainability organizations
Experience in human rights or social aspects of ESG preferred
Experience with external stakeholders
Demonstrable command of ESG terminology
Demonstrable ability to manage large-scale enterprise-wide projects
Preference is for this role to be based at Analog Devices’ headquarters in Wilmington, MA, but a remote work arrangement could be entertained for the right candidate.
