About the role

LexisNexis is looking for a strategic and proactive Account Manager to manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to deliver value and expand LexisNexis’ footprint within your portfolio.
 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, achieving high renewal rates.
  • Build strong executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct business reviews, present solutions, and demonstrate product value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records (Salesforce/GONG).
  • Travel across Europe as required.
     

Requirements

  • Strong client-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in consultative sales and managing complex, high-value accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing accounts.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and GONG.
  • Fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or significant relevant experience).
