Job Overview


We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI development, analytics, and automation to act as a champion for data-driven decision-making within our team. This individual will play a critical role in transforming complex business data into actionable insights, optimizing processes through automation, and driving strategic initiatives. 
Our organization
The Services Supply Chain Organization is responsible for supporting all HP EMEA Customers once a product or service has been purchased. Our key objective is to provide the best customer experience to drive customer loyalty and strengthen the HP brand.
Are you capable of optimizing data collection efforts through Power BI developments and turning those data into insights in a highly collaborative environment? By joining this team, you will be designing and automating Power BI solutions and developing supply chain reports and automated processes to support long-term business transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support business strategy and operational decisions.
  • Lead the standardization and optimization of data models and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliancy and accuracy in all reporting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations by developing automated solutions using Power Automate, Python, SQL, and other automation tools.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and trends.
  • Drive data governance and best practices across the organization.
  • Optimize and deliver cross-function reporting solutions to increase team efficiencies.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and in front of the Report & Analytics department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor/Master's degree
  • Analytics and data management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, modelling, advance DAX and service experience
  • 5-7+ of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.


Technical Skills

  • MS Office, Excel, MS Access or other database management tools.
  • Advanced Power BI Development and modelling skills.
  • Power Automate and SQL expertise.
  • Knowledge on ERP y CRM will be a plus

  • Fast learner, especially in data tools usage.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment.
