Sanofi is seeking a Digital Functional Analyst in Talent (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management) products to join our dynamic Digital P&C team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing the configuration design and strategy for the Workday tenant configuration of the talent module, covering career development, performance management, skills framework, recruiting.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and develop Workday Talent Modules, covering career development, performance management, and recruiting
• Analyze and remediate existing Workday tenant to improve global consistency of employee experience
• Partner with global and local HR stakeholders in the Talent Organization to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable Workday solutions while ensuring alignment with broader HRIS goals
• Stay updated on Workday's latest features and best practices to maximize the platform's capabilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Talent modules, providing guidance to HRIS teams
• Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and Sanofi's internal governance policies

About you

• Experience: Experience in digital product management, or HR functional expertise in Talent Acquisition / Talent Management, HRIS technology
• Soft skills: Agile mindset, business acumen, collaboration, stakeholder management, ability to communicate complex concepts with simplicity
• Technical skills: Experience in Workday Talent Modules is a plus, project management, application design and integration
• Languages: English - Fluent
