Security Manager Israel

The Stanley Black & Decker Corporate Security Manager for Israel will be responsible for leading security operations across all sites and offices within the region, managing the security of staff, assets, and operations as well as compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading security operations at a regional level and possess an in-depth knowledge of security management inclusive of risk assessments, facility security, business continuity, and stakeholder management. A knowledge of technical security systems and processes, including CCTV, intruder detection systems and access control is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee security operations at various facilities within the region ensuring physical security risk is mitigated as low as reasonably practicable.
  • Develop working relationships with key business stakeholders within the region ensuring security requirements are understood and implemented.
  • Manage security budgets and resources, including security personnel, equipment, and training programs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan for their AOR, including risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and staff training.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and security industry partners.
  • Develop and implement company-wide guidelines and protocols for responding to potential criminal and terrorist threats, in addition to working with business partners to mitigate against natural threats such as weather-related incidents and pandemics.
  • Monitor the criminal and terrorist regional threats, assessing business risk and providing mitigation plans as necessary providing regular updates and recommendations to the EMEA Security Director.
  • Monitor and analyse security trends and threats and make recommendations for enhancing the company's security posture.
  • Work closely with other departments and teams, including HR, Legal, and Operations, to ensure that security measures align with business needs and objectives.
  • Report to the EMEA Security Director on all security-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with security technologies and systems, including CCTV, access control, and security management software.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew is essential.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

  • Full-Time (FT)
  • Sunday - Thursday
  • In-person position located in Northern Israel 
  • Potential international travel as required
