About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring the successful adoption, optimization, and ongoing value of our technology solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, combining strong technical expertise with excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand customer business goals and align technology solutions to drive value and outcomes.
  • Provide proactive guidance on system performance, optimization, and best practices.
  • Manage and coordinate the resolution of technical issues, working closely with support, engineering, and product teams.
  • Lead regular service reviews, health checks, and performance reports with clients.
  • Identify risks, escalation points, and opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Support onboarding and implementation processes to ensure smooth customer adoption.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Assist in renewal and expansion efforts by demonstrating value and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Who you are

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing technical roles.
  • Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or enterprise applications (e.g., SAP).
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Solid understanding of incident management, service delivery, and support processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
