Description:
In compliance with all internal and external regulations regarding EHS&E and GMP, responsible for developing, maintaining, following up, securing and monitoring a preventive maintenance strategy and resulting preventive maintenance plan.
Tasks and responsibilities
Core task 1: Developing, maintaining and reviewing a preventive maintenance strategy and a resulting preventive maintenance plan, systematically updating and implementing - at sustainable costs - all (critical) equipment, with due observance of EHS and GMP guidelines.
Core task 2: Identify, review and approve sufficient availability of spare parts, taking into account intended working capital costs, Production management plan and reliability performance. Supervising / following up the purchasing process and the effective availability of spare parts.
Core Task 3: Identify the key aspects, technical solutions, and configuration features that may affect equipment life and maintainability and compliance with standardization policies. Advise project teams and follow up for effective implementation of new equipment and technical solution.
Core task 4: Perform checks / collect data to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of processes. Identify areas for improvement and train/follow up on improvement initiatives.
Core task 5: Monitor information for the long-term capital plan (LRP), by identifying (outdated) information/specifications about components and initiating a change check. Also, performing a cost analysis concerns expenses for equipment maintenance.
Knowledge and experience
• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical business administration or similar);
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position relevant to the production of medicines.
