As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software components to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing software to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software components align with client requirements and project goals.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication regarding progress and challenges.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce components with backend services and APIs.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
