We are looking for a Customer Master Data Administrator, based in Barcelona.

You would be part of a multilingual European team who look after the customer data in the Air Products Shared Service Centre in Cornella (Barcelona, Spain).

As a Customer Master Data Administrator, you will

  • Own the administration and maintenance of Customer Master Data.
  • Process all customer data inputs and updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to data entry requests and resolve related queries.
  • Ensure service quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management.
  • Alert Supervisors to any issues or opportunities with existing customers (e.g., major contract renewals).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for country-based account management teams, as well as commercial and query resolution teams.

As the Customer Master Data Administrator, you already are and/or have

Languages: Excellent English and French.

Dutch or other additional languages would be an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of customer administration matters for different countries
  • PC literacy, including MS Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Desire to learn SAP for data handling and reporting
  • Ability to work according to global work procedures

  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Skill in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
