The Gas Power Engineering Product Cost Out (PCO) Leader will be responsible for inclusive coordination, strategy development & target setting, daily management (did we win the week), reporting progress and boundryless sharing of information. The role in Engineering will focus on metals, core equipment/parts & configurations and requires solid cross functional leadership as well as accountability for delivering outcomes aligned to GP objectives.
Additional responsibilities include:
1. Strategy and Portfolio Management
2. Engineering and Design Optimization
3. Sourcing and Supply Chain Collaboration
4. Operational and Financial Tracking
5. Change Management and Culture
Additionally, in coordination with Product Management, this leader will co-develop sustained standard work processes for how product cost out will be run from approval right thru execution / implementation. This position will report to the Gas Turbine Engineering Leader.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $152,400.00 and $254,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
