Management Accountant - ROI

·       Working rota – Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Management Accountant - ROI, you'll be doing the following: 

Financially govern a €220m Revenue generating business with around 25 stores.

Manage a sizeable balance sheet including around €20m of inventory.

Help us close out our statutory accounts audit quicker and be the face of the Deloitte audit for our Irish subsidiaries.

Make a difference by automating or simplifying inefficient parts of our bookkeeping process.

Help us problem solve blockers in speeding up our month end timetable.

Improve our insight into performance, working closely with our commercial finance teams.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Part Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification finalist
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to being able to analyze, account for and explain the story behind a trading retail business end to end, P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Champion of Improvement: We're looking for someone who’s curious and eager to enhance our finance processes, creating lasting positive changes.
  • Solution-Oriented: Skilled at spotting challenges and solving them to help us achieve top-tier standards in accounting governance.
  • Team Player: Someone willing to work collaboratively across a large business involving multiple departments and reporting lines.
