  • This position is responsible for the full administration of all mutual fund shareholders. This position ensures all daily processing functions are completed within determined timeframes while ensuring liability and risks to the organization are non-existent.

  • With at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a customer servicing function or other relevant profession

  • With orientation to detail and ability to learn, retain, and apply considerable amounts of information gathered from different sources.
  • Strong collaboration skills: demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional business areas to achieve results.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

  • Processes financial transactions, such as subscription, redemptions and switch based on information received in the forms.
  • Completes information or document through coordination with the MF representatives; recommend appropriate disposition of transaction requests with insufficient information or documents. (EDD/CDD)
  • Conducts checking and sign-off of processed transactions for the day for the assigned Fund and comparing to the Monitoring report generated from the support system. (EOD)
  • Handles the timely resolution of any query, concern, complaints handling coming from investors gathered through Client Care, Client Service Centers and SLAMCI Sales. (Different internal channels/partners)
  • Prepares the monthly, weekly, and daily reports as required.
  • Assists in preparation of business requirements, user test plan and conducts user testing.
  • Assists in the conceptualization, development and implementation of new product enhancement geared towards:
  • Improving SLAMC’s services and attractiveness to existing clientele
  • Improving client loyalty and retention
