JLL recherche un(e) Stagiaire en Marchés de Capitaux basé à Toronto afin de soutenir l'exécution de transactions ainsi que l'analyse de marché dans les ventes d'investissement immobilier commercial. Ce poste est parfait pour quelqu'un souhaitant acquérir une expérience pratique dans les marchés de capitaux à travers la prospection client, la recherche de marché et le soutien transactionnel.

 

EN TANT QUE STAGIAIRE EN MARCHÉS DE CAPITAUX CHEZ JLL, VOUS : 

• Collecterez des informations de marché et fournirez un soutien à l'équipe de courtage
• Préparerez des présentations commerciales et créerez d'autres outils marketing
• Gérerez la base de données des propriétaires immobiliers et contacterez de nouveaux clients potentiels
• Fournirez un soutien de marché et de recherche au groupe Marchés de Capitaux
• Participerez aux réunions d'équipe hebdomadaires, aux réunions internes et aux rencontres mentor/mentoré

 

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ : 

• Actuellement inscrit dans l'enseignement post-secondaire en Administration des Affaires, Commerce, Économie, ou autre domaine d'étude connexe avec une curiosité pour le fonctionnement des entreprises
• Maîtrise démontrée des logiciels incluant MS Windows et MS Office : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams et Adobe Standard
• Maîtrise du logiciel Argus préférée mais non requise
• Solides compétences analytiques combinées à une attention aux détails et d'excellentes capacités d'organisation
• Communicateur clair et efficace capable d'exprimer ses idées avec confiance tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral avec un comportement professionnel mais accessible
• Résolveur de problèmes naturellement auto-motivé avec l'initiative de trouver des réponses et une envie d'apprendre rapidement dans un environnement dynamique • Joueur d'équipe collaboratif qui apporte enthousiasme, perspectives nouvelles et attitude professionnelle à chaque projet
• Expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial considérée comme un atout
• Français et anglais*, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

As a JLL Intern, you will tackle meaningful projects that impact our Commercial Real Estate business by collaborating with industry professionals and providing fresh perspectives to innovative teams. Our structured program balances professional development with exciting real-world experience.

JLL is seeking a Capital Markets Intern based in Toronto, ON to support deal execution and market analysis in commercial real estate investment sales. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in capital markets through client outreach, market research, and transaction support.

AS A CAPITAL MARKETS INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:

• Gather market information and provide support for the brokerage team  
• Prepare for pitches and create other marketing tools  
• Manage the database of property owners and reaching out to new and potential clients  
• Provide market and research support to the Capital Markets group  
• Participate in weekly team meetings, internal meetings, and mentor/mentee meetings 

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or other related area of study with a curiosity for how businesses operate  
• Demonstrates proficiency with software packages including but not limited to MS Windows and MS Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Adobe Standard 
• Proficiency in Argus Software is preferred but not required 
• Demonstrates proficiency with software packages including but not limited to MS Windows and MS Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Adobe Standard 
• Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities 
• Clear and effective communicator who can express ideas confidently both in writing and conversation with a professional yet personable demeanor 
• Natural self-motivated problem-solver with the initiative to find answers and a drive to learn quickly in a dynamic environment 
• Collaborative team player who brings enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and a professional attitude to every project 
• Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset 
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
