OVERVIEW

Our continued drive to expand and provide world class services within the digital marketing arena, has created the need for a Quality Assurance Specialist specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email, Mobile, & Ad Studio) & Salesforce Personalization. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Quality Assurer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing campaigns within the Salesforce platform. This role involves reviewing, testing, and approving marketing campaigns before they are launched to ensure they meet the company's standards and objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as a CRM QA Specialist’s will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Review and test all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, segmentation, journey builder activities, etc., within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personalisation platform.
  • Ensure that all campaign elements, such as copy, layout, links, and forms, function correctly and meet the design specifications.
  • Check that all campaigns are targeted correctly and that the segmentation rules have been applied accurately.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the campaign objectives and ensure that they are met.
  • Identify potential issues or areas of improvement in campaigns and suggest solutions.
  • Maintain a record of all tests and their results and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and apply this knowledge to the campaign quality assurance process.
  • Assist in training other team members on how to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry practices and privacy laws

REQUIREMENTS

Technology & Development

  • A minimum of 2 years Marketing Cloud application experience
  • Highly computer literate with
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform (Email, Mobile & Ads)
    • Salesforce Personalisation
    • MS Office 365
    • HTML email coding
    • CSS
    • Scripting languages (Amp Script & Java)
    • Jira & Confluence
    • Litmus

Qualifications & Interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with a project management office
  • Experience in Automotive industry beneficial
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in varied, fast-paced environments
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
