Job Description:

Le groupe de développement Mixed Signal est responsable de fournir des blocs

IP analogiques et mixtes haute vitesse aux différentes divisions de Microchip. Nous travaillons avec des procédés CMOS de pointe afin de produire des circuits intégrés analogiques destinés aux applications filaires. Du PCIe aux SERDES de 128+ Gb/s, nous développons les technologies qui permettent aux produits Microchip d’interagir avec le monde extérieur.
En tant que membre du groupe de développement Mixed Signal, le candidat participera à la conception de SERDES haute vitesse, de PLL, de filtres intégrés, d’ADC, de DAC et d’autres blocs analogiques fondamentaux.

Responsabilités :
• Concevoir l’architecture et diriger le développement de circuits intégrés analogiques et mixtes en technologie CMOS
• Mener des études de faisabilité pour des blocs IP analogiques/mixte futurs et/ou complexes
• Assurer l’interface et la communication avec les unités internes sur le support IP et les sujets techniques
• Collaborer avec des fournisseurs tiers d’IP analogiques pour leur intégration dans les produits
• Assurer le support des IP mixtes après le tapeout, incluant les tests en laboratoire, la mise en service client et le débogage
• Être responsable des spécifications des circuits et des systèmes
• Gérer une équipe d’ingénieurs en conception analogique et collaborer entre différents sites pour le développement d’IP analogiques

The Mixed Signal Development Group is responsible for delivering high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP to divisions within Microchip. We
work with leading edge CMOS processes to produce analog integrated circuits for wireline applications. From PCIe to 128+Gb/s SERDES,
we enable technology that allows Microchip’s products to interface to the outside world.
As a member of the Mixed-Signal Development Group, the candidate will be engaged in the design of high speed SERDES, PLLs, integrated
filters, ADCs, DACs, and other analog building blocks.

Responsibilities:
• Architect and lead CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits
• Conduct mixed-signal feasibility studies on future and/or complex analog/mixed-signal IP
• Interface and communicate with internal business units on IP support and technical topics
• Work with 3rd party analog IP vendors for integration into products
• Support Mixed-Signal IP through post-tapeout phase, including lab testing, customer bring-up and debug
• Ownership of circuit and system specifications
• Managing a group of analog design engineers and collaborating across sites for analog IP development.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications / Exigences
• Une maîtrise ou un doctorat en conception de circuits intégrés analogiques, mixtes ou RF est préférable
• Plus de 12 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie dans la conception de circuits CMOS mixtes et haute vitesse, avec une exposition aux noeuds technologiques les plus récents (FinFET)
• L’expérience en gestion d’équipe pour le développement d’IP analogiques constitue un atout
• Maîtrise des simulateurs de circuits (HSPICE, Spectre, etc.)
• Connaissance des problématiques de layout
• Compétences solides en communication écrite et orale en anglais
• Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe

Qualifications/Requirements
• Masters Degree or PhD in Analog, Mixed-Signal or RF IC design preferred
• 12+ years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal, high-speed CMOS circuit design with exposure to latest technology nodes (finfets).
• Leading a team on analog IP development would be an asset.
• Experience with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc)
• Knowledge of layout issues
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
