As part of its growth, Arrow ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Sales Manager.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives managing renewals and expansion opportunities.

  • Set clear KPIs and individual action plans, monitor performance and drive accountability.

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of the renewals process.

  • Drive proactive engagement with end users and close collaboration with partners to secure renewals and reduce churn.

  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and renewal risk management.

  • Launch renewal, churn-reduction, and upsell initiatives to achieve targets.

  • Provide regular reporting on renewals, churn, pipeline health, and key risks using standard tools and processes.

  • Act as the central point of coordination between partners and customers to ensure smooth renewal execution.

  • Develop and execute territory and business plans aligned with regional objectives.

  • Maintain strong market and competitive knowledge, using insights to articulate value propositions.

  • Ensure CRM accuracy, opportunity tracking, and structured stakeholder communication.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager, Renewals Manager, or similar leadership role in tech/SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of partner-led business models, pricing structures, and subscription/renewal cycles.

  • Solid expertise in territory management, account planning, and competitive analysis

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills in a performance-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).

  • Fluent in English and French (German, Italian, or Spanish highly desirable).
