Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application to function efficiently. This role includes modeling the data architecture, planning how data will be stored, and ensuring seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data to support application needs while collaborating with different teams to align data strategies with project goals. The Data Architect plays a crucial role in shaping the foundation upon which the application operates, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and well-structured throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of data models that support application requirements and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data architecture aligns with overall project vision.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Product Development Management.
- Strong expertise in data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration strategies across diverse platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with data governance and security considerations in application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges within and across teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Product Development Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
