Description -
Join HP’s Pricing Analytics COE to shape how we market and price products globally. As a Business and Data Analyst, you’ll act as a consultant for country teams—using user feedback and inputs to build targeted analyses, automate KPIs to measure new initiatives, and continuously fine-tune our live pricing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and interpret user inputs to identify opportunities for solution improvement
Build and deliver deep-dive analyses for country teams, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Automate KPI tracking to measure the impact of new initiatives and solution changes
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting
Present insights and support the implementation of action plans
Monitor the impact of changes and refine strategies to optimize live solutions
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in business analysis
Proficiency in R or Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
English proficiency
Bonus:
Experience with DataBricks, ML solutions, pricing, and project management certifications
