Department Overview

The Supply Chain Analytics department is responsible for leveraging advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI) techniques to optimize supply chain operations. As a Supply Chain AI Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists and analysts to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models, including GenAI solutions, that drive actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Job Description

You will:

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI cloud solutions.

  • Develop, test, and deploy robust data-driven models, including prototyping and implementing GenAI applications (e.g., automated documentation, intelligent planning).

  • Improve models by integrating new data, refining features, and optimizing hyperparameters.

  • Ensure data quality through exploratory analysis and cleansing for reliable model performance.

  • Integrate solutions into existing systems and document/communicate methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Stay current with GenAI and ML advancements to proactively enhance supply chain analytics capabilities.


Basic Requirements

  • MA or BA in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of professional experience as a ML Engineer / Data Scientist.

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

  • Demonstrated skill in Python, Java, or R; experience with ML libraries like PyTorch & TensorFlow. 

  • Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs, RAG).

  • Understanding of system design & comfort working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and data pipelines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in supply chain or related domains is a plus.
