So, safety and security of their lives and our assets including facilities, equipment, information in the city is very important. Our responsibilities are designing and executing facility management and field security operations as well as establishing essential city infrastructures and equipment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an In-House Facility Management Manager in Woven City to handle all aspects of property management and facility management. In Woven City, which has a variety of equipment for various purposes, you will be responsible for the planning, design, construction management, acceptance inspection, and operational planning at each aspect of new installation, maintenance, renovation, and relocation in addition to cleaning, planting management, and daily inspections for the facility. We expect you to manage building maintenance companies, equipment manufacturers, and construction contractors to promote projects, and to perform management tasks that include coordination with government agencies.
Woven City にてインハウスの施設管理専門家として、プロパティマネジメントとファシリティマネジメント全般を担当する方を探しています。様々な用途の設備を擁するWoven Cityにて、新規導入・保全・改修・移転といった各段階での、企画・設計・工事管理・検収・設備運用計画から、施設の清掃、植栽、日常管理まで行っていただきます。ビル管理会社や設備メーカー、工事業者を取りまとめながらのプロジェクト推進や、行政との調整までをスコープに入れたマネジメント業務を期待します。
