As a Treasury operations leader, this role collaborates across the enterprise to enhance service quality and standardize treasury operations. Working with IT, financial systems, partner banks, and vendors, this leader drives scalable, secure solutions for cash management, payment technologies, straight-through processing, and treasury system optimization while supporting enterprise automation and transformation.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • The Treasury Lead will collaborate across functions to develop solutions for various challenges, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • The Treasury Lead will serve as the primary liaison for the Treasury Operations team, overseeing the interfaces between Oracle E1 instance, SAP systems, banks, and various custom and third-party Treasury platforms and applications.

  • Establish a core FIS Integrity design that effectively supports the business strategy and objectives end-to-end.

  • Provide guidance and advice on Treasury-related matters to all stakeholders, in close collaboration with Treasury Operations.

  • Support effective Treasury flows with a focus on automation and minimizing manual transaction processing.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Treasury management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Influence business decisions based on analyses to meet or exceed project timelines and financial commitments while adhering to enterprise architecture. 

  • Work with Data Operations, Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Lennar Operating Centers, and Lennar Title stakeholders to map out end-to-end flows, automate streamlined accounting in the ERP, and achieve efficient cash management.

  • Collaborate with Financial Accounting partners on accounting of Treasury instruments, accounting of payment and cash, and aligning on period end and cash forecasting processes.

  • Collaborate, communicate, and align with external partners (Banks, SWIFT, FinTech, etc.) on testing/development of scope, timelines, and implementation activities.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Oracle ERP capabilities to enhance automation and integration, and identify essential bolt-ons for optimal execution.

  • Document all processes from the user perspective to ensure clarity and resolve issues.

  • Make decisions and take action based on a global and enterprise-wide mindset that adds value across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance required.

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field preferred

RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS

  • CTP

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • 8+ years in Treasury with multinational corporations or financial institutions.

  • Proficient in SaaS Treasury Management Systems – FIS Integrity or other similar solutions.

  • Knowledge of FinTech – innovations in payment technologies. 

  • Leadership experience with payment rails, banking, and trade settlement.

  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and diligently.

  • Able to handle uncertainty and influence teams with different priorities.

  • Strong team player who champions a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through technology.

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in TMS administration and implementation.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Familiarity with Oracle E1 preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 8-10 years of experience in related field

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
