Job Description:
As an Associate Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with eco-system partners and expanding customer accounts. You will leverage your technical product knowledge to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. This role is vital in prospecting for new business, building relationships, and delivering technical consultation to help customers integrate our products effectively. Your success will contribute to expanding the company’s market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting for potential eco-system partners and customers.
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to drive long-term business success.
Assist in developing tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and highlight product benefits.
Provide technical consultation on product integration and application to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Support sales teams in developing account expansion strategies and delivering product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends and competitive products to refine sales strategies.
Skills You Will Need to Be Successful:
Basic understanding of technical product knowledge, including features, specifications, and applications.
Ability to tailor solutions based on customer needs and product capabilities.
Strong communication skills to engage and build relationships with partners and customers.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess customer challenges and offer technical solutions.
Familiarity with basic engineering principles to support technical sales conversations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience in sales, technical sales, or engineering.
A passion for technology and building strong customer relationships.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $74,060 to $101,833.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
