Responsibilities:

• Support General Industry sales by qualifying leads and helping acquire new business.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow‑up.
• Manage CRM activities and documentation, acting as a CRM subject matter expert.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing, and specifications in SAP.
• Follow up on quotes and open items to gather feedback and drive closure.
• Partner closely with Sales and Operations to support account growth and timely information flow.
• Assist Account Managers by managing smaller accounts and supporting customer initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience using SAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on phone-based selling.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships to achieve sales goals.
