Job Summary
• This role is responsible for creation and delivery of valuable software solutions that meet user needs, drive business objectives, and stay aligned with the company's vision. The role defines overarching product and feature requirements, driving forward a future product strategy grounded in customer needs, competitive analysis, and market trends. The role demonstrates effective collaboration with cross-functional peers to meticulously plan and deliver products and solutions.
Responsibilities
• Contributes to the complete product development cycle in order to meet defined deliverables.
• Develops and owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned software products or features.
• Gathers and analyzes user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Prioritizes features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Keeps up with changes in software development tools and techniques used in the product development lifecycle.
• Identifies and tracks product issues in relation to performance, customer acceptance, customer risk, compliance, and manufacturability.
• Regularly communicates product status, updates, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Manages all aspects of new product offerings, including concept validation, pricing, and demonstrations.
• Collaborates with engineering teams, design, and program management in an agile environment.
• Supports all business readiness activities, including end user training, product testing, and rollout.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
