Key Responsibilities

  • Build and validate quotes using CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent).

  • Apply discount frameworks, bundles, and pricing guardrails specific to financial products and SaaS models.

  • Ensure SKU accuracy and version control for complex financial services offerings.

  • Perform margin checks and validate profitability against Fintech pricing models.

  • Assess revenue recognition implications (ASC 606 and IFRS compliance).

  • Validate FX, tax/VAT, and payment term compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Ensure consistency between quotes and contract exhibits.

  • Identify non-standard terms and route for approvals.

  • Coordinate approvals across Legal, Finance, Risk, and InfoSec.

  • Maintain audit-ready environment.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Revenue, SKU management, Contract integrity, and billing to resolve open points.

  • Ensure operational readiness for execution and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Quote Management, or Contract Administration within Fintech or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ preferred).

  • Proficiency in Excel for pricing and margin analysis.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles (ASC 606, IFRS).

  • Prior involvement in complex, multi-region financial deals.
