As an Information Technology Summer Associate, you will contribute towards key projects that support our Information Technology vision. You will learn how information technology elevates our ability to provide the best investment platforms for our customers, the fundamentals of the investment management process and how the Capital System has sustained superior results over time.

  • You’ll contribute to a team’s solution delivery through coding best practices or business analysis.

  • You’ll optimize solution delivery through value stream mapping, process improvement, automation, testing practices, etc.

  • You’ll  study the emerging tech landscape for relevant new solutions and produce learnings.

  • You are currently pursuing a technically focused Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Decision or Info Analytics, Data Science or equivalent with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026.

  • You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

  • You have a real passion for technology.

  • You have demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities.

  • You express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others.

  • You are a continuous learner, with a hunger for knowledge.

  • You are highly collaborative.

Hourly Rate: $35/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
